Assessments are based on square footage. A mailed billing statement is sent quarterly the month before the due date.
The assessment rate will not change in 2025

April 1st
July 1st
October 1st
Late fee is $50.

- From the top of your home page feed, select the account you’d like to make a payment on.
- Click “make a payment” to choose from a menu of options including pay your open balance, set up a recurring payment or make a one-time custom payment.
*Note: You can view your current account balance in this online payment portal.
