ARC Requests
Click this link to submit the application and supporting documents. Supporting documents include:
1. Plot plan indicating the location of the requested improvement.
2. Design plans including the dimensions and materials that will be used.
> Be sure to review the Design Guideline Manual for additional details.
New owners must wait until the new owner account is activated by Goodwin Management. This can take 2- 4 weeks after closing, once the new owner's title documents have been processed.
Submit the Architectural Request Form along with supporting documents to the link provided above. A request will be created. Responses are sent through email from: no-reply@smartwebs365.com or no-reply@goodwintx.com
