New owners must wait until the new owner account is activated by Goodwin Management. This can take 2- 4 weeks after closing, once the new owner's title documents have been processed.

Submit the Architectural Request Form along with supporting documents to the email in the ACC form header. A request will be created. Responses are sent through email from: no-reply@smartwebs365.com
